Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment via our secure payment system managed by WorldPay Plc.
Alternatively you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail
Carriage is calculated based on value of order, and geographical location of delivery address.
Carriage costs are clearly shown BEFORE the transaction takes place.
Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible.
However please allow up to 28 days for delivery for goods. We will inform you if the item is not in stock and the expected dispatch date.
Please note that many Placemats, Mousemats and Glass Boards are made to order - they will be delivered within 28 days of order - but there may be a delay for production time before goods can be dispatched.
If you require product by a specific date - please inform us at the time of order and we will let you know if it is possible .
Many items are dispatched direct from the manufacturer. Please contact Kandles Associates in the first instance - we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf if necessary.
Overseas orders will be dispatched within 28 days, but additional transit time may be required.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT at 17.5% is included on all orders.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If any product is recieved in an unsatisfactory condition please return it, with all packaging, for a replacement to the dispatch address.

Any "stock" product item may be returned within 7 days of reciept, in orignal packing. If the product is security sealed the seals MUST be unbroken.
Any defective item will be replaced, free of charge. It must be returned and the nature of the defect described.
No CUSTOM MADE can be returned, unless it is defective.
